Kim earned her Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development (2011) and Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling (2018) from the University of Arkansas. She opened her private practice, Hope Again, PLLC, in 2024 after working with counseling agencies throughout Northwest Arkansas.
Prior to becoming a therapist, Kim spent over 20 years at the University of Arkansas School of Law, supporting faculty, staff, and students while raising two daughters and pursuing her advanced education.

Outside the counseling office, Kim enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, gardening, traveling, and caring for her variety of pets.
Kim operates on a private-pay basis and does not currently accept insurance. She is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in Arkansas and a Retired Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC).
