Mindy Grusing is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing compassionate therapy to teens, adults, couples, and families in Arkansas and Oklahoma. She has been helping people for nearly 30 years and established Charis Counseling in 2016. Mindy has helped clients navigate life's challenges with evidence-based therapeutic approaches and, upon request, faith-integrated counseling.

Personal Interests

Mindy loves adventure and the outdoors—hiking, biking, swimming, and watching baseball. She enjoys the arts, including musicals, live concerts, and movies. Her greatest joy is spending quality time with her family, including her three boys, and her close friends. Mindy feels deeply honored to be entrusted with matters close to her clients' hearts.
